New Delhi – Reports from Noida have surfaced, involving entrepreneur and motivational speaker Vivek Bindra in a case of alleged assault on his wife. Police authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter, assuring a thorough probe before taking any appropriate action.
The incident, leading to an FIR filed on December 14 at Noida’s Sector 126 police station, stemmed from a complaint lodged by Vaibhav Kwatra, the brother of Bindra’s wife, Yanika. Bindra and Yanika had recently tied the knot on December 6 and were residing in a high-end society in Noida’s Sector 94.
As per the details outlined in the FIR, shortly after their wedding ceremony, Bindra purportedly confined Yanika in a room, subjecting her to verbal abuse, hair-pulling, and physical assault. The complaint also asserts that Yanika is reportedly experiencing hearing difficulties due to the alleged assault, further alleging that Bindra damaged her phone during the altercation.
In addition to the domestic abuse allegations, Vivek Bindra has faced scrutiny in other spheres. Notably, fellow YouTuber and motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari recently released a video titled ‘Big Scam Exposed,’ where he accused Bindra of operating a course resembling a multi-level marketing scheme. Allegations were made concerning significant sums of money collected from students—nearly ₹ 500 crore—under the guise of teaching “business.” Bindra, responding via his YouTube channel, refuted the accusations, challenging Maheshwari’s claims and accusing Maheshwari’s employees of threatening his legal team, intensifying the conflict.
In a separate controversy in June 2022, Bindra faced backlash from the Sikh community due to an animated portrayal of Guru Gobind Singh in one of his videos. The incident prompted demands for an apology, and Bindra did issue a statement expressing regret.
Further adding to his controversial history, in 2018, Bindra encountered legal trouble when the Indian Medical Association (IMA) filed a defamation case against him. The allegations stemmed from Bindra’s usage of derogatory language against doctors in a video titled ‘Reality of Indian Medical System.’ Despite facing a potential ₹ 50 crore defamation suit, Bindra emerged victorious in the legal battle, with the court emphasizing the importance of freedom of expression.
Sandeep Maheshwori Vs Vivek Bindra Controversy
In the realm of YouTube controversies, a heated exchange between prominent motivational speakers Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra has ignited a social media storm. It all began with a video titled ‘BIG SCAM EXPOSED’ posted on Sandeep Maheshwari’s channel, accusing Bindra of orchestrating what Maheshwari claimed to be a substantial scam.
In response, Vivek Bindra took to his own YouTube platform, releasing a video titled ‘Janeman Biggest Controversy | Biggest Program | Biggest Attack – Dr. Vivek Bindra,’ where he addressed Maheshwari’s allegations individually. Notably, Bindra referred to Maheshwari as ‘Janeman’ and emphasized the need for a fair assessment, suggesting that Maheshwari or his team should have delved into both sides of the story.
The aftermath saw Bindra’s video going viral, triggering a surge of opinions and divided support among viewers. With over 2.1 million views since its publication on December 20, the video sparked a fervent online debate, drawing both Bindra’s supporters and advocates for Maheshwari.
Amidst the polarized reactions, one social media user commented, “I respect both of you… both are motivating and visionaries. Hope this gets resolved soon,” encapsulating the sentiment shared by many observers seeking an amicable resolution.
